There should be a way to switch back to the “Classic Editor.” The last time WP did this, I was told to go to the upper right hand corner of the “Write” page and click the three dots there. It should have an option to go back to the regular editor available on the list. If that doesn’t help, please let me know and I’ll try to figure out another way to switch it back.

Thanks for the tip! I was told to click on the blue cross/box in the upper right hand corner and then search for/select the “classic” block, which at least gives you a text editor pop-up.
Honestly, I’m sure there’s a solution. It’s just that this is SO ANNOYING and I haven’t had the time to poke around and find out how to do things….given that this whole new edior thing was an involuntary change. GRRRRRHH.

Looks like WP may have altered the manner in which one resets to the original editor. The post in the link has more, and I’m sorry if the advice I gave before wasn’t helpful. Why do they have to reset everything in such a weird way? Grrr…..
