Til Heaven Fall

Sanzia was said to have said, with slightly more eloquence than she ever claimed to have had: “I cannot, nor I would not, bid you do any thing against your right judgment—but—I beg you—show mercy. You are not alone wronged in the White Courts.”
Ao Jan had replied: “Know, Lady, that no tear, nor plea, nor reason would sway me. I have sworn no quarter til I have repaid that injury done me, and she whom I love.”
“Then,” she said, “Let your wrath fall warily. They do not all deserve hate!”
“Til Heaven fall,” he said, “Yet will they feel it.”
